On Monday June 3rd, the registration page will close, thungh it will still be possible to register on site on Thursday June 6th.

Registration to FIMH 2019 includes

• participation to the conference
• lunches, drinks etc. during the breaks
• the social program on Friday evening (see below)
• the welcome event at the Liryc Institute on Wednesday evening (the day before the conference, after the CEI workshop)
• and one copy of the proceedings on a USB thumb drive

Social event on Friday

The social event consists in a gala dinner that will be held at La Cité du Vin.

Welcome event on Wednesday

We plan to offer a visit of the Liryc Institute the afternoon before the conference starts (depending on the number of people who register for this event), followed by a social event at Liryc. The Liryc Institue is located about away from the city center, where the conference will be held, accessible in 30-40min by public transportation.

Student FLI fellowship

We are available to grant ten student stipends (250 €) from France Life Imaging. Only PhD or postdoc registered to a French institution are eligible. Please apply on this page.

Registration fees

Extra conference dinner tickets (for Friday evening) can also be purchased on the registration page, for 75 € / additional person.

Visa to enter France

We will only issue "letters of invitation" to facilitate obtaining VISA to the authors/co-authors of accepted papers ! Information are available here:
